We design and develop fast, secure, scalable web experiences — from high-converting business websites and eCommerce platforms to complex SaaS products and enterprise web applications.
What We Do
From strategic planning and UX through development, integration, deployment and ongoing optimisation — end-to-end web development shaped by what your business actually needs to achieve.
Sites that explain what you do and turn attention into enquiries.
Software that runs the parts of your business a website cannot.
Multi-tenant products built to onboard and bill customers at scale.
Storefronts and trade platforms wired into how you actually sell.
Systems of record for organisations with real operational complexity.
Secure, role-aware spaces for the people around your business.
Know The Difference
These two get used interchangeably and they are not the same thing. Knowing which one you need changes the budget, the timeline and the architecture — so it is worth five minutes now.
Built to present, persuade and generate business.
A website communicates your offer to a visitor who does not know you yet, and turns that attention into an enquiry.
Typical examples
Built to perform work and run operations.
A web application is software delivered through the browser. People sign in, do a job, and change data that your business depends on.
Typical examples
Most real projects are both. A marketing site that also needs a customer login, or a platform that needs a public front to sell it. We scope the two halves separately so neither one quietly starves the other of budget.
Capabilities
Four layers, one team. We do not hand your project across agency boundaries halfway through.
The layer your users touch — fast, accessible and consistent on every device.
What We Build
Different business models need different systems. Here is where most projects land.

Technology
Organised by what each layer does, not dumped as a wall of logos. Everything listed here is something our team ships with in production.
Industries
Domain familiarity means we ask sharper questions in week one and make fewer wrong assumptions in week six.
How We Work
A clear, collaborative path with a defined output at every stage — so you always know what has been decided and what comes next.
Before anything is designed, we work out what the system has to achieve and for whom.
The decisions that are expensive to reverse get made here, deliberately and in writing.
We design the flows first and the surface second, so the interface follows the work.
Frontend and backend build in parallel against an agreed contract, shipped in reviewable increments.
The platform is connected to the systems and services your business already depends on.
We try to break it in every way a real user, a slow network or an attacker would.
Release is a rehearsed, repeatable pipeline — not a manual event on a Friday evening.
Launch is the start of the useful life of the system, so we stay on it.
Engineering Standards
Performance, SEO, security, scale, QA and delivery are not optional extras quoted separately. They are how the thing gets built in the first place.
“Fast” is a measurable target with a budget attached, not an adjective in a proposal.
Mobile & PWA
Most of your traffic is on a phone. A Progressive Web App gives those users an installable, app-grade experience without an app store, a review queue or a second codebase.
Designed at the smallest breakpoint first, so the phone experience is never an afterthought.
Add to home screen, launch full-screen, behave like an app — with no app store in the way.
Where it makes sense, key screens and actions keep working on a weak or absent connection.
Re-engage users with timely, permission-based messages straight from the web platform.
Not every website needs AI, and we will say so. What every platform built in 2026 does need is an architecture that can absorb it — clean APIs, structured data and a permission model that still holds when a model starts reading from it.
Our position is simple: AI goes in where it removes real work or answers a real question. Anywhere else it is an expensive novelty, and we would rather spend your budget on something that pays.
AI capabilities we build
eCommerce
Retail, trade, marketplace or subscription — the checkout is the easy part. The value is in everything it has to talk to.
Integrations
You almost certainly already run systems that work. A new platform should join them, not quietly become a tenth place where the same data lives.
Tell us what is in your stack. If it has an API we can integrate it, and if it does not, we will tell you what the realistic options are.
Content Management
Three approaches, chosen by how your organisation really publishes — not by which one we happen to prefer.
For teams who just need to edit pages and publish posts.
A familiar admin, sensible defaults, and training so your team is not dependent on us for a typo fix.
For businesses publishing to more than one channel.
One content source feeding your website, mobile app and whatever you build next, delivered over an API.
For organisations whose workflow does not fit an off-the-shelf tool.
Built around your approval chain, your permissions and your compliance requirements.
Custom & Legacy
Two sides of the same problem: businesses whose real process does not fit packaged software, and businesses stuck on software that no longer fits them.
Off-the-shelf software is excellent right up to the point where your process is the thing that makes you competitive. That is where custom development earns its cost.
A system that still works but is slow, insecure or impossible to change rarely needs replacing wholesale. Most of the time it needs modernising in stages, without stopping the business.
After Launch
Software does not hold still. Frameworks move, dependencies get patched, and the business asks for things nobody thought of at kickoff. Pick the support shape that fits.
Pay as needed
Best for stable sites with occasional needs.
Fixed monthly
Best for platforms that keep evolving.
Long-term partnership
Best for products under continuous development.

Selected Work
Client names and figures are withheld under NDA, so these are described by shape rather than by logo. We can walk you through the detail on a call.
Challenge
Orders arrived by phone, email and messaging app, then were re-keyed into a spreadsheet and a separate stock file. Nobody could answer “where is my order” without making three internal calls.
Solution
A single web platform covering order intake, inventory and fulfilment, with role-based access for sales, warehouse and management, plus a customer-facing portal for order status.
Key features
Technology
Result
Re-keying disappeared from the order flow, and order status became self-service for customers instead of a phone call.
Challenge
Every branch kept its own booking diary. Head office had no reliable view of capacity, and double-bookings were routine at peak times.
Solution
A centralised booking platform with per-branch calendars, capacity rules and a public self-service booking flow, wired into SMS reminders.
Key features
Technology
Result
One shared source of truth for availability across every branch, and bookings taken outside office hours for the first time.
Challenge
A consumer storefront was being used to serve trade customers, so account-specific pricing was corrected by hand on an invoice after every single order.
Solution
A B2B commerce layer with customer-specific price lists, credit terms, bulk ordering and reorder-from-history, running on the same catalogue as the retail store.
Key features
Technology
Result
Trade pricing now applies automatically at checkout, removing the manual invoice-correction step entirely.
Why BiTechForge
Not passion, not synergy. Five things you can hold us to.
We do not build features because they are technically possible. Every technical decision is tied back to an outcome you can measure.
Systems designed for the load you will have in three years, not just the load you have on launch day.
Strategy, UX, engineering, testing, deployment and support from one accountable team — no handoff gaps to fall through.
You always know what is being built, why it matters and exactly where the project stands. No status theatre.
Launch is the start of the system’s useful life. We stay on for optimisation, iteration and the features you have not thought of yet.
Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will come back with the approach, the stack and a realistic scope.
Working Together
How we work with you, and an honest account of what actually moves the number on a web development quote.
Agreed scope, timeline and price, settled before a line of code is written.
Best for
A reserved squad working only on your product, billed monthly.
Best for
Billed against hours actually worked, with scope free to move.
Best for
One engineer embedded in your process and your tools.
Best for
We do not publish package prices, because a number without a scope behind it is either wrong or a bait. Web development cost depends on the factors on the right — and we would rather scope your project properly and give you a written estimate with the assumptions spelled out.

FAQ
Straight answers, including the ones that are less convenient for us.
Corporate and business websites, marketing and campaign sites, eCommerce stores, membership platforms, booking and reservation systems, customer and vendor portals, and fully custom business platforms such as ERP, CRM and HRM. If it runs in a browser, it is in scope.
A website exists to present information and generate business — visitors mostly read it, and success is measured in traffic and leads. A web application exists to perform work: users sign in, complete tasks and change data your business relies on. The two need different architecture, different testing and different security thinking, which is why we scope them separately.
A focused marketing website is typically 4 to 8 weeks. A mid-sized web application with integrations usually runs 3 to 6 months. Enterprise platforms and SaaS products take longer and are best delivered in phases so you get something usable early. We give you a phased timeline at the end of discovery, before you commit.
Cost is driven by scope, design complexity, the number of integrations, expected user load, security requirements and the level of support you want after launch. Rather than quote a number that has to be walked back later, we scope your requirements and give you a written estimate with the assumptions stated.
Yes. Design is part of our standard process, not an add-on. We produce user flows, wireframes, interface design and a reusable design system before development starts, so the build is not the first time anyone sees the product.
Yes. ERP, CRM, accounting, inventory and HRM integration is routine work for us. If the system exposes an API we integrate against it directly; if it does not, we look at database-level sync, scheduled imports or a middleware layer, and we tell you honestly which option fits.
Yes. We start with an audit of the current site — performance, SEO, content and analytics — so the redesign protects the rankings and traffic you already have instead of quietly resetting them.
Yes. We handle content migration, URL mapping with redirects, media transfer and DNS cutover. Preserving your existing search visibility is a planned part of the migration, not something we hope goes well.
We set up and deploy to cloud infrastructure, VPS, dedicated servers or managed hosting, with CI/CD, TLS, monitoring and automated backups configured. You can host under your own accounts or have us manage it — either way, you own the infrastructure.
Yes, through three models: ad hoc support billed hourly, a monthly retainer with reserved hours and priority response, or a dedicated team for products under continuous development.
Yes — B2C storefronts, B2B trade platforms with account pricing and credit terms, multi-vendor marketplaces and subscription commerce, including payment gateway, shipping and inventory integration.
Yes. That means multi-tenant architecture, subscription and billing flows, user and role management, admin dashboards and usage analytics, built so that adding your hundredth customer does not require re-architecting.
Yes. Vendor onboarding and verification, per-vendor catalogues and dashboards, commission handling, split payouts, order routing and dispute workflows are all within scope.
Yes. We design and build REST and GraphQL APIs with authentication, rate limiting, versioning and documentation — both as the backend for our own applications and as standalone APIs for other teams to consume.
Yes, where it solves a real problem. Chat assistants, semantic search, recommendations, document extraction and AI-assisted analytics are all things we build. We will also tell you when AI is not the right answer for a given feature.
Technical SEO is built in: semantic HTML, metadata architecture, structured data, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, clean URLs, internal linking and Core Web Vitals performance. That covers the technical foundation — content and off-page strategy are a separate ongoing effort we can also support.
Always. We design mobile-first and test across real devices and breakpoints. Where it adds value we go further, delivering an installable Progressive Web App with offline support and push notifications.
That is an architecture decision we make with you up front. Caching, queues, load balancing, horizontal scaling and database tuning are all available — but we size the architecture to your real requirements rather than over-engineering on day one and charging you for capacity you will not use for years.
